To provide and improve our services, process inquiries and quote requests, send service updates and maintenance notifications, comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
We implement ISO 27001 certified security controls including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls with multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits.
Customer data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 7 years for compliance purposes. Marketing data is retained until you opt out. Analytics data is anonymized after 26 months.

These terms govern your use of ManesarDC services including colocation, cloud, managed services, and connectivity. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ManesarDC guarantees 99.995% uptime for Tier IV colocation services. SLA credits are calculated as per the Service Level Agreement document. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.
Services may not be used for any illegal activity, distribution of malware, sending unsolicited communications, or any activity that degrades service for other customers. ManesarDC reserves the right to suspend services for AUP violations.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by 60+ days.
ManesarDC's maximum liability is limited to the monthly service fees paid during the affected period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Illegal content hosting, malware distribution, cryptocurrency mining without approval, network abuse (DDoS, scanning), spamming, and any activity violating Indian IT Act 2000.
Customers must not exceed allocated power, bandwidth, or rack space limits. Overages are billed per the rate card. Sustained overuse may require plan upgrade.
Violations result in warning, then service suspension, then termination. Critical violations (illegal content, active attacks) result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

ManesarDC guarantees 99.995% infrastructure availability for Tier IV colocation — equivalent to maximum 26.3 minutes annual downtime. Cloud and managed services carry 99.99% SLA.
Below 99.995%: 10% monthly credit. Below 99.99%: 25% credit. Below 99.95%: 50% credit. Below 99.9%: 100% credit. Credits are applied to next invoice automatically.
Scheduled maintenance (notified 7 days in advance), force majeure events, customer-caused outages, and third-party service failures are excluded from SLA calculations.
Customers receive monthly uptime reports via the customer portal. Real-time status is available at the status page. Incident reports are published within 48 hours of resolution.
